Chains You Can Believe In: Mandatory Volunteerism

If you were paying attention to Barack Obama's campaign promises last July you heard him say, “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that is just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.”
Say what!!???
One of the first things we need to do is understand who poly-trickians are talking about when they say “we”. You can bet your last money they are not talking about you and me, baby! They are talking about that little secret group that thinks they get to decide how the rest of us are going to live.
They – and their plan – are generally called the New World Order.
So...Barack Obama -the New World Order's new puppet that pretends to head the US told you last summer that the plans of the New World Order call for a civilian national security force in order for the New World Order to achieve its national security objectives.
The police departments in the US are paramilitary organizations. They are being trained by the military and are being outfitted with the same kinds of artillery as the military. It has become impossible to tell the two apart.
The U.S. law enforcement agencies have taken the position that the public is their enemy. They bust into folks' homes, guns blazin'. They shoot to kill. And,
when they are caught in the wrong, they lie and cover up for each other.
In theory, the police departments and other law enforcement agencies are supposed to provide internal security for the nation. Why is it, then, that a civilian national security force is needed?
Initially, Obama's change.org website stated that American's would be “required” to complete “50 hours of community service in middle school and high school and 100 hours of community service in college every year.” Later “required” became “encouraged”.
Excuse you! Middle schoolers are about 11 to 13 years old. How are the “national security objectives” of the nation going to be met by requiring children to complete community service every year?
I'm glad you asked! Let me tell you about House Resolution 1388, the “Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act” or GIVE. The volunteerism, by the way, will be invigorated by making it mandatory.
1388 is basically a bunch of amendments to the National and Community Service Act of 1990, the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 and the Inspector General Act of 1978.
1388 passed in the House on 23rd March 2009 by a vote of 321-105. It was passed without being read, just as the PATRIOT Acts were and just as most other laws are. Tacked on to the bill for good measure was an amendment which will “prohibit organizations from attempting to influence legislation; organize or engage in protests, petitions, boycotts, or strikes; and assist, promote, or deter union organizing.”
I guess the poly-trickians have figured out that folk in Amerikkka are not going to be pleased with some of the legislation that will be coming down the pike later and want to make it “illegal” to contact legislators to protest. That should go along way to help the New World Order achieve its national security objectives!
I know. You're past middle school and even college age. You think this Act has nothing to do with you. Think again. Check out the scope of GIVE:
Section 1101 (B):
“(9) recognize and increase the impact of social entrepreneurs and other
nonprofit community organizations in addressing national and local challenges;
“(10) increase public and private investment in nonprofit community
organizations that are effectively addressing national and local challenges and to
encourage such organizations to replicate and expand successful initiatives;
“(11) leverage Federal investments to increase State, local, business, and philanthropic resources to address national and local challenges;
“(12) expand and strengthen service-learning programs through year-round opportunities, including during the summer months, to improve the education of children and youth and to maximize the benefits of national and community service, in order to renew the ethic of civic responsibility and the spirit of community to children and youth throughout the United States;
“(13) assist in coordinating and strengthening Federal and other service opportunities, including opportunities for participation in emergency and disaster preparedness, relief, and recovery;
“(14) increase service opportunities for our Nation's retiring professionals, including such opportunities for those retiring from the science, technical, engineering, and mathematics professions to improve the education of our Nation's youth and keep America competitive in the global knowledge economy, and to further utilize the experience, knowledge, and skills of older Americans;
“(15) encourage the continued service of the alumni of the national service
programs, including service in times of national nees;
“(16) support institutions of higher education that engage students in community service activities, provide service-learning courses, and encourage or assist graduates to pursue careers in public service in the nonprofit or government sector; and
“(17) encourage members of the Baby Boom generation to partake in service
opportunities.”
“It is the sense of Congress that the number of participants in approved national service positions, including the Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) and the National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC), should grow to reach 250,000 participants by 2014.”
It is expected that $6 billion will be allotted over the next 5 years to fund GIVE.
I admit I did not read every word of the GIVE Act. I didn't read all of the Senate version of the bill, S.277 the Serve America Act, which passed by a vote of 79–19 on 26 March. What I did read, though, leads me to believe that some folk are going to be paid handsomely to run the programs that are to be created. They, in turn, will see to it that other folk get a stipend to encourage still other folk to “volunteer”.
Suppose you do not want to “volunteer” to send your children to “volunteer” for their service-learning? Although the language was softened, you'll have very little choice.
You are to be required to volunteer just as you are required to volunteer to file tax returns and pay income tax.
The “Baby Boom generation” will be required to “volunteer” for a lot of things. The way the economy is going most of that age group won't make a living wage if they have a job; their pension and other retirement plans have been looted; they have no health insurance; and, if they haven't walked away from their mortgages, they owe more on their houses than they are worth. They'll gladly “volunteer” so they can get the crumbs the government will offer so they can – just barely -live another day.
The term “service-learning” in mentioned many times throughout both GIVE and Serve America. However, it is not defined. I suspect, though, that it is another name for “invigorated volunteerism” or “mandatory volunteerism”. Or...slavery.
It is not the government's role to pass legislation requiring folk to volunteer. The very nature of volunteering is that it is something you do freely, because you want to do it, and you do not expect anything for it except the good feeling you get from doing it. It is its’ own reward. It is nobody's business but your own that you volunteer.
All that is to be changed. Now even young children will be trained – actually a better word would be forced - to work for others.
So...how are the “national security objectives” of the nation going to be met by requiring children to complete community service every year?
What better way is there to create a society of slaves? Teach children to work without pay. By the time they become adults, they will think that it is only natural that they give their time -their lives -for the benefit of others. In this case “others” being non-profit organizations, government and business.
A corporation's largest expense is what it pays for labor. When the multi-national corporations -which owe no allegiance to any nation -can get their stooges who run the governmental corporations to pass legislation mandating volunteering, the multinationals will see much greater profits.
As the older generations pass on, the youth will have no one to tell them that they are entitled to a fair wage for their labor. They will accept their lot because they will have nothing to compare it to. In a couple of generations the “national security objectives” will be met because no one will be left who can think. No one will be left to protest against those who want to control how the rest of us live.
At least, that is the hope of Obama's string pullers.
In a statement praising the House vote, Obama said “At this moment of economic crisis, when so many people are in need of help and so much needs to be done, this could not be more urgent. It is up to every one of us to do his or her small part to make the world a better place.”
Sounds innocent enough, doesn't it? Just remember...those who want to decide how the rest of us live define ”a better place” a whole lot differently than do those of us who want to be free to decide for ourselves.
What a development! Slavery is once again the economic foundation of Amerikkka. It's return ushered in by the “first Black president.”
